Returns – (Love Unique Boutique)

Returns have never been easier at Love Unique Boutique! We accept returns on all Love Unique Boutique unwanted gifts Only, however we do include as much detail, including sizes on our website. But if you do not wish to keep you order you please follow these simple and easy stages!

1. Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package.

2. Download Our Returns label by clicking here and pop it on your return

3. Return your package via the Post Office, Get a receipt if you wish, however using our returns label will notify us its on its way back!

Please note: The return of an unwanted gift cost £2.99 which will be deducted from you refund. 

Please do not send a return to us without notifying us first, this is because we want to ensure we refund the correct customer.

Your order must be in its original packaging and in the same condition it was dispatched in.

You will receive a full refund for the item(s) you are returning, minus the originally delivery charge & Returns fee.

Love Unique Boutique do not cover the return cost for unwanted gifts.

We do not accept returns on any handmade gifts unless these are faulty, because these orders are handmade to each customers we can not accept returns on them, if you are unsure if the item you have receive can not be returned please just contact us through the support page and we will assist you.

Damaged & Faulty Items – (Love Unique Boutique)

We are very sorry if your order does arrive damaged or faulty, we do try very hard to ensure all parcels are packed with attention and care and sometimes the delivery companies may have a hipcup during transit.

If your order does arrive damaged or is incorrect please let us know via our support page we are here to help and want to ensure we resolve this for you as quick as we can.

Love Unique Boutique will cover the costs of postage on faulty or damaged orders.

If your order does arrive incorrect or faulty please contact us within 7 days we will ensure that your order is corrected and replaced if damaged.
