How can I pay?
We currently offer Paypal and Worldpay as a payment option, which allows you to use all Credit and Debit cards to securely pay for your item. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order. All payments are completely secure for your piece of mind. We also have other payment options available on the payment page - Please use whatever payment method suits you. - If you would rather order over the phone please call us
Please note if ordering over the phone we can only take payment for items in stock.
My Order Has Not Arrived -
If your order has not arrived within the time stated for the product ordered, please email us, sometimes the couriers and Royal Mail do not leave a docket, which means you will not know it was attempted to be delivered.
My Order has been returned to you
You will need to cover the postage if you order is returned to us and you wish for it to be re- dispatched as we offer free UK Postage on your first dispatch.
Royal Mail & DHL do text if you supply a mobile number and also an email is sent to you regarding your order.
it’s your reasonability to arrange a redelivery or collection if you are not home.
All orders are dispatched within the time stated on the website - if a product has a delay this is clearly stated on the product page.
We urge you contact us if your order has not arrived within the time stated.
If you have changed your mind with your gift we do accept returns and you will be given a refund once the item has arrived back to us in its original packaging and undamaged. Please understand we do not pay for returns postage on unwanted items. - all our items have size and are described well. you have 14 days only to receive a refund.
Personalised gifts are non returnable unless fautly.
My Item is Broken.
You must report any damages within 7 days of receiving your order
Any items which are faulty or damaged please email via the contact page, or email firstname.lastname@example.org or find us on Facebook for the fastest response, LOVE UNIQUE BOUTIQUE. -
If an item is faulty/broken we ask to see photographs - this is the fastest way to resolve any damaged items, once reviewed you are offered a refund or exchange/replacement if the item is in stock.
Lights will need to be returned.
Miss Spelt Items: if an item has come with the incorrect personalisation please email us straight away so we can replace this - if the spelling mistake is the workshops fault there will be no charge for this.
Please note any returns must be packaged in its original packaging and packed properly to avoid damage.
we do not cover the postage on items which are not faulty or damaged.

Pre - Ordering
If you would like to pre order an item please enter your email on the product
If an item is being ordered just for you we will ask for payment first we do not hold items for anyone its strictly first to pay.
Other items -
High demanding pre ordered items are available to order on our website - this is the only way your item will be held and sent to you when arriving.
We offer bulk buy for weddings, if you are interested in serveal of the same item please email us so we can give you the best price before ordering.
